Dispatch
All orders for customizable trolleys via our webshop are processed with care and shipped from HDP GROUP cv, brand name ACRI.
Delivery time
Personalised trolleys have an average production time of 5-10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the order and design.
Postage costs
These will be shown at checkout and will depend on the delivery address.
Confirmation and tracking
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Return Policy
Since our products are personalized on request, we cannot accept returns in principle — except in the case of a manufacturing defect or when the error is on our side.
When is returns possible?
Only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery caused by HDP GROUP cv / ACRI.
Return requests must be submitted in writing via email.
How to request a return?
Please send an email to info@hdpgroup.be within 14 days of receiving the product with the subject: "Return request".
Please state clearly:
Your order number
Description of the problem
Photos of the product and the defect (if applicable)
After approval, you will receive return instructions.
Please note: Unauthorized returns or requests outside of the deadline will not be processed.
We ship to all European countries!
Don't worry about borders – your order will be delivered quickly and safely, wherever you are in Europe.
