1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases via the webshop of ACRI TROLLEYS, operated by HDP GROUP CV, with registered office at Platanenlaan 1, 1740 Ternat, Belgium and VAT number BE0758854952. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.
2. Product information and personalization
ACRI sells hand luggage trolleys that can be personalized according to the customer's wishes (e.g. color, name, initials, logos). The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personalization data provided.
Personalization may show small variations. Personalized products are not covered by the right of withdrawal (see article 7).
3. Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately before completing the order.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. Orders are only processed after receipt of full payment.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Belgium and other selected countries as indicated on the webshop. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. HDP GROUP CV is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
5. Warranty and conformity
All products are covered by the statutory 2-year consumer purchase warranty. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period after discovering the defect by e-mail to: [ info@hdpgroup.be ] Damage caused by incorrect use, wear and tear or improper maintenance is not covered by the warranty.
6. Liability
HDP GROUP CV is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Liability is always limited to the amount of the order.
7. Right of withdrawal
For non-personalized products, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
Exception: Personalised products cannot be returned or cancelled, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law.
8. Intellectual property
All texts, logos, designs, photos and brands on the website are the property of HDP GROUP CV or its partners and may not be reproduced without express permission.
9. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail or by post to the above address. In case of dispute, Belgian law applies. Disputes can be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
Consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
